Brief Personal Statement

I provide compassionate care to individuals, children, and families in your home or on the web. Many trauma survivors benefit from the anonymity of the online therapy room, where they can slowly begin to trust and have support managing their flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, and depression. Together we formulate your goals and with support you can learn to relax even when facing reminders so that you can begin to move past your trauma through deeper connections with your family and those in your community.

Individual Practice

Practice Approach

My approach focuses on using trauma focussed cognitive behavior therapy in conjunction with deep relaxation techniques to decrease anxiety and increase learning and problem solving abilities. Together we can find solutions to your challenges and unpack your trauma memories, until they no longer cause you distress and can be put into the past.
